I've always been embarrassed calling technical support because I don’t always keep up with ever-changing technology. To my surprise, Jonathan's outstanding customer service skills have officially restored my faith in relying on technical support for assistance with today's modern technology. I was very pleased that we not only communicated well, but Jonathan made me feel like a valued client. Jonathan's ability to quickly identify and diagnose my problem saved me plenty of headaches and provided me with a better understanding of how my RTS lock functions. I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Shaun Donovan in your technical service department. He was amazingly responsive via email and provided a direct phone number for coordination. He provided instructions via email and telephone. When we were unable to resolve all of the issues, he provided a clean method to get the handle to the service department. The repaired lock arrived back to us within five days.

When I first bought the lock and this software, I was a little confused with the software. After working with tech support for a few minutes, I realized that I was making it more complicated than it needed to be. We purchased the RTS locks for our offices and have been extremely happy with the performance. Not only do they look great but I could tell by the weight and feel that they were built to last. Excellent customer service behind the sale makes this a no brainer. Two thumbs up!! We'll definitely be buying another one of these for our front door.
We were very skeptical about whether or not to buy a biometric lock. We assigned our employees both PIN codes and the fingerprint. Many of the employees prefer the fingerprint option. It worked well and we would like to put them on our other locations.
It's crazy how far door locks have come in the last few years. After using the biometric lock for several months I can tell you that it is a great investment. This lock is loaded with cool features and built with quality in mind. I would highly recommend to others. Thanks!
